Roma manager Ivan Juric held a press conference ahead of his team’s upcoming match against Inter Milan, addressing various topics including player fitness and tactical considerations.

Regarding key players Paulo Dybala and Artem Dovbyk, Juric provided positive updates: “Artem returned with a small discomfort but has recovered. Paulo has gone through a recovery phase and has now had four great training sessions. He will be managed based on how the match goes, but they are both doing well.”

Juric acknowledged the challenge of facing Inter, stating, “We know everything about Inter. They’ve been playing well for years and it will be a difficult match.” He emphasized the need for concentration and application, noting that “Against them, you have to be perfect. If you’re not 100%, you can have a bad day and they do fantastic things.”

The coach praised Inter’s strengths, saying, “They have no weaknesses. It’s always very difficult for everyone to face them. They’ve known each other for years and have a good game. They know what they have to do and have been the same players for years, knowing how to manage situations.”

Addressing Roma’s recent goal-scoring issues, Juric expressed optimism: “The other day we had many situations to score. Our players have always scored, even in the past. I hope it’s just a moment and that we start scoring goals from tomorrow. They can score many more than they are doing.”

Juric also commented on specific players, including Federico Dimarco of Inter: “I’m satisfied with the career he’s having. He’s a splendid guy and is reaping the fruits of the work he’s done. Limiting that left foot is difficult, he has fantastic execution.”

Regarding Roma’s midfield options, Juric mentioned, “Leandro [Paredes] returned last after a long trip and was exhausted. I like how Enzo [Le Fee] works, and his past experiences were similar to our way of playing. He needs to find his condition but will be very useful for us.”
