Juan Cuadrado to join Inter

Start

Inter are set to complete a move for former Juventus winger Juan Cuadrado on a free transfer later this week. The Colombian veteran was released by the Bianconeri last week when his contract with the club came to an end, opting not to offer the 35-year-old a new deal.

Sky Sport Italia report that the Nerazzurri are now set to sign Cuadrado on a one-year contract until June 2024, with the deal having already been agreed between the two parties.

The veteran is expected to complete his club medical later this week before the move is made official. Cuadrado has already spent much of his career in Serie A, beginning his career at Udinese, before making his name at Fiorentina.

A big-money move to Chelsea failed to pay off, leading to the switch to Juventus in 2015, where he went on to win four Serie A titles, four Coppa Italia and the Supercoppa Italiana twice.
