Tuttosport report that Simone Inzaghi’s agent has received calls from four different Premier League clubs, enquiring about the coach. Inzaghi’s remarkable season with Inter Milan has inevitably thrust him into the spotlight, and with significant managerial changes anticipated across Europe in the summer, the coach could be courted by several top clubs.
Tuttosport report (via fcInter1908) that “Inzaghi’s agent has received calls in recent months from all the major clubs in search of a coach, both abroad (with Manchester United leading the pack, followed by Liverpool, Chelsea, Bayern Munich, and a couple of French clubs) and from Italy (Possibly Napoli).”
Inzaghi’s priority and his desire are to remain at Inter Milan. However, as he himself has emphasized, winning the league title would effectively close (in the best possible way) a three-year cycle during which Inzaghi has also delivered 2 Coppa Italia trophies, 3 Supercoppa Italiana titles, and a Champions League final appearance against Manchester City as underdogs.
Tuttosport write that ‘this achievement has also translated into significant financial gains for Suning, with revenues reportedly reaching 460 million euros. “Where I coach, revenues increase and trophies are won,” the coach stated in September 2022, amid the first crisis at Inter Milan. Initially perceived as boastful, Inzaghi has indeed delivered on his promises, and today, as underscored, he is among the most sought-after coaches in Europe.’
