Inter are considering making a bid for former Udinese midfielder Roberto Pereyra, who is a free agent this summer. The 32-year-old is without a club at present, after his contract with the Friulani ended last week and no new deal was offered.
The Argentine is a Serie A veteran having played for Juventus previously, moving to Watford in 2016 before returning to Italy in 2020 to feature for Udinese.
Sky Sport Italia’s Gianluca Di Marzio reports that after Inter reached a verbal agreement with Sassuolo to sign Davide Frattesi, they may turn to Pereyra as a free agent to reinforce the midfield, saving money in the process.
The Argentine scored five goals in each of his three seasons with Udinese having previously Serie A and the Coppa Italia with Juventus.
