Inter could look to Bologna’s Ndoye if Dumfries departs

Start

Inter could look to sign Dan Ndoye from Bologna, contingent on the potential departure of Dutch full-back Denzel Dumfries. Ndoye has emerged as a potential target for the Nerazzuri to strengthen their wing positions.

Sky Sport Italia outline how the club has already made initial inquiries, and Bologna’s asking price is around €25 million. However, any move for the Swiss player hinges on whether Denzel Dumfries leaves Inter during this transfer window. The Dutchman is one of the players who could be sold to facilitate other signings.

Inter are considering replacing Dumfries with a player who has more offensive qualities and Ndoye, who primarily played as an attacking winger under Thiago Motta at Bologna, could be adapted to play as a right wing-back in Inter’s system. His versatility and offensive prowess make him an attractive option for the Nerazzurri.

During the past season with Bologna, Ndoye made 34 appearances and scored two goals, including one against Inter in the Coppa Italia round of 16.
