The president of the FIGC concedes that it’s ‘difficult’ to regulate capital gains in football as ‘no one can find the solution.’ Gabriele Gravina was speaking at the ‘Report dell’osservatorio calciatori sotto tiro’ event in Rome yesterday and was asked about the difficulty of regulating ‘plusvalenza’ in football, especially following the point’s deduction recently handed out to Juventus:
“It has been talked about for so many years but no one can find the solution.
“When we move in the field of market economics, it is really difficult to find objective elements but I wait for answers from those who are deputed to judge these phenomena.
“I believe that there is no objective data in the case of market exchanges.”
