Sky Sport Italia report that Premier League club Fulham are looking to sign Torino midfielder Sasa Lukic. The 26-year-old has been with the Granata since 2016 and has a contract with the club until 2024, but could make way for Verona‘s Ivan Ilic.
Gianluca Di Marzio claims that Fulham are interested in making a bid for Lukic, whose sale would bring in additional funds to help Torino in their pursuit of the Ilic.
The opening bid is reportedly €8m plus €2m add-ons but there’s no indication yet if Torino would be prepared to accept, however with just over a year left on his deal, they may consider parting ways with the Serbian International.
The midfielder caused controversy last season when asking to leave the club in the 2022 transfer window and was subsequently stripped of the captaincy.
