Fiorentina’s Biraghi, controversy erupts: Agent declares “He and Parisi will leave in January….”

Start

A storm is brewing at Fiorentina following manager Raffaele Palladino’s confirmation that Cristiano Biraghi was excluded from the squad for the Lask match due to technical reasons. In response, Mario Giuffredi, the agent representing both Biraghi and Fabiano Parisi, has made some explosive statements to firenzeviola.it.

“I’ll respond to Palladino at the end of the transfer window. I don’t want to talk about it too much today. But in January, both Biraghi and Parisi will leave,” Giuffredi declared, setting the stage for a potential January exodus.

The agent didn’t hold back, hinting at existing offers for his clients: “I can only say for certain that if they leave, I’ll respond to Palladino in due time. Then we’ll see how much guts he has. We definitely have some options, but both players will leave. I don’t know yet if it will be permanent transfers, but their chapter in Florence is over.”

Giuffredi’s frustration stems from the limited playing time given to his clients in the first half of the season. Biraghi, the team captain, has only accumulated 800 minutes across all competitions, starting just six matches. Parisi’s situation is even more dire, with a mere 160 minutes in the league and only finding some playing time in the Conference League, where he made four appearances, three of which were starts.
