Fabrizio Romano says that the chances of Max Allegri leaving Juventus at the end of the season are very high: ‘My sources tell me the possibility of Allegri leaving at the end of the season are more than concrete.’ A series of poor results has left the Bianconeri at risk of securing a top four finish, despite having looked certain to have sewn up second place just a few months ago.
Speaking on his ‘Here We Go‘ podcast, Romano was asked about the rumours surrounding Allegri and the prospect of Juventus brining in Thiago Motta to replace him:
“We will keep Juventus fans posted about the future in the next days and weeks because important things are coming, we mentioned many things, but about Massimiliano Allegri I want to say one more time, that I remain on my position since January: My expectation and my sources keep telling me that the possibility of Max Allegri leaving Juventus at the end of the season, despite having one more year of contract, is more than concrete.
“Its something that is expected to happen at the end of the season. Allegri is expected to part ways with Juventus at the end of June.”
