Empoli youngster Fabiano Parisi looks certain to join Fiorentina this summer after the two sides agreed a €10 million transfer fee. Parisi was courted by the likes of Juventus and Lazio, but reports from Italy suggest his future has now been determined.
Sky Sport Italia, SportItalia, RAI and a host of others now report that the two sides are set to complete the transfer in the coming days.
The move is expected to cost La Viola around €10 million plus a further €1 million in various add-ons, with Parisi having agreed a five-year contract.
Empoli President Fabrizio Corsi seemingly confirmed that the club were simply awaiting a finalised offer from Fiorentina which had arrived yesterday evening.
