Reports from Italy confirm that Daniele De Rossi is set to succeed Jose Mourinho at Roma after the Portuguese coach was sacked earlier today. The Giallorossi released a statement, confirming that they have parted ways with the Special One, following a string of poor performances.
The clubs owners, The Friedkin group, were reportedly frustrated with Mourinho’s frequent outbursts and a series of expulsions that saw him banned from the touchline.
