Napoli sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli is set to leave the club this month in order to take over the role at Juventus. The former Carpi SD has long been linked with the move to Turin, but reports from Italy now suggest that the end is in sight.
Goal Italia’s Juventus correspondent Romeo Agresti reports that Giuntoli will leave Napoli and Juve are preparing to finalize a deal for him:
“At Juventus, it will be important hours to define the future of the sporting directorate: Cristiano Giuntoli will soon leave Napoli.
The sporting director, author of the 2023 Azzurri Scudetto, will thus be free to agree with a new club: and there is Juve interested in him.
In this way, the Bianconeri would go on to resolve the managerial issue, totally focusing their attention the transfer market.”
