Antonio Cassano has spoken out about the controversial end of BoboTV, the popular online show he co-hosted with Christian Vieri, Nicola Ventola, and Lele Adani. In a candid interview on the BSMT podcast, Cassano shared his perspective on the fallout and the creation of their new channel, Viva El Futbol.
Regarding the new venture, Cassano stated, “We created everything thanks to Lele Adani. When at a certain point you keep pulling, it breaks, and you can’t mend it or put it back together anymore.”
The former striker didn’t mince words when discussing the split, saying, “Betrayal is the worst thing in life, something I don’t accept. I don’t want to give importance to that person, and for me, it’s a closed chapter. I won’t even call him by name anymore.”
Cassano then directed a pointed message at Vieri: “You thought you were the strongest? Instead, it’s us three. Are you convinced? Go alone and good luck to you. Now not even your mother follows you.”
Reflecting on the aftermath, Cassano added, “It’s better to realize sooner rather than later when it’s too late. We only suffered because for a long time we couldn’t do our own things. But the show was three of us, not four. Lele was the one who did everything. Now we’re happily taking our own path.”
