News from Italy suggests that Bremer’s move to Inter may not be a done deal, with Juventus possibly closing in on the player. The move was thought to be a formality, with the Nerazzurri having already agreed personal terms with the Brazilian centre-back, but some Italian journalists are suggesting otherwise.
Transfer specialist Nicolo Schira reports that there is ‘tension’ between Inter and Bremer’s agent, Paolo Busard. The Nerazzuri have demanded that the existing agreement between them and Bremer be respected, and that the player keeps his word. They expect him to present himself at the meeting with Torino to show a position of strength.
In the morning, however, the player has for the first time seemed open to listen to other offers.
Schira suggests that the agency that manages Bremer, CAA Base, is split with Busardo, who has managed other deals for Inter, pushing for the player to join the Nerazzuri, while Frank Trimboli prefers the player join Juventus.
A more emphatic report comes from TopCalcio24 journalist Luca Momblano who says simply that Bremer has chosen Juventus.
