Brahim Diaz is reportedly on the verge of signing a new four-year contract with Real Madrid, with talks between the two parties at an advanced stage. The Spanish international spent the 2022-23 season on loan with Milan and there were initially reports that suggested he may try and remain with the Rossoneri for the long term, stating that he was happy in Milan.
Fabrizio Romano now reports that the agreement has already been reached between Real and the player, with paperwork signed and just the official announcement pending.
The transfer journalist states that Diaz will be presented at the Bernabéu next week, having signed a new contract until 2027.
Diaz has spent the last three seasons on loan with Milan, becoming a key part of their Scudetto winning squad, notching up 18 goals in 124 appearances for the Rossoneri.
