Bonucci to leave Juventus this summer?

Start

Juventus are reportedly trying to convince Leonardo Bonucci to leave the club this summer, a year before his contract is due to expire. The Bianconeri captain penned a one-year contract extension not long ago, but his large salary is weighing heavily on the Juve books, prompting them to look for another solution.

According to Il Corriere Torino, Juve are trying to get the veteran defender to leave the club, and are prepared to offer him a severance if he is willing.

Bonucci is reportedly considering the possibility of leaving Turin to play in the Premier League, which still interests him, while proposals from MLS and Saudi Arabia are less attractive to the 35-year-old.
