Bologna are being linked with Orlando City striker Duncan McGuire as they look to reinforce their attacking line. The Gialloblu have looked light in attack on occasions this season, reliant largely on Joshua Zirkzee for goals while Ricardo Orsolini recovers from injury.
Sky Sport Italia transfer journalist Gianluca Di Marzio reports that Bologna have set their sights on McGuire a 2001-born centre forward from MLS.
The player has a contract expiring in December with the American side and they are trying to renew it. Orlando has the option to extend the deal by two years, however, Bologna aren’t the only side interested in the young striker: Malmö and Molenbeek are also tracking the player.
McGuire ended the most recent MLS campaign with 13 goals and 3 assists in 29 appearances.
