Former Juventus winger Federico Bernardeschi is being linked with a return to Serie A, as both Lazio and Milan are keen on the player. The 29-year-old made the switch to MLS last summer when his contract with the Bianconeri expired, joining compatriots Lorenzo Insigne and Domenico Criscito at Toronto.
Despite a promising start in his first season, Bernardeschi has struggled for form in the 2023 season, scoring just three goals in 15 appearances.
DAZN journalist Orazio Accomando now reports that the Italy international could be on his way out of Toronto in the summer, with both Lazio and Milan keen on the former Fiorentina winger.
