Athletico Paranaense goalkeeper Bento Matheus Krepski confirmed that Inter have made enquires about his availability. The 24-year-old has been a target for the Nerazzurri since last summer, when they reportedly made a direct offer for him.
La Gazzetta dello Sport report that the goalkeeper was interviewed after their match against Danubio, and the question about his future was inevitable:
“Inter has only requested information,” he told ESPN, “they haven’t made an official offer. I’m glad they’re mentioning my name; it’s the result of my work and performances here at Athletico. If a genuine offer does come, we’ll see what happens. It’s about meeting with the club and my agents so that if it does happen, it will be in the best interest of everyone.”
