Reports from Italy suggest Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich are now in the lead to sign Napoli defender Kim Min-Jae. The Korean centre-back had been closely linked with a move to Manchester United, with a suggestion from some media that Kim was already preparing to move to Manchester.
Sky Sport Italia’s Gianluca Di Marzio now reports that Bayern have taken the lead in the race to sign the 26-year-old.
According to Di Marzio, Bayern are prepared to pay the full buyout clause for the defender, which is rumoured to be between €55-65m.
