Inter striker Marko Arnautovic looks to have suffered another injury while on international duty with the Austrian national team. The veteran striker has only recently returned to action after picking up a medium-grade thigh strain that kept him out for almost two months.
The 34-year-old featured for the Austrians in their 2.0 win over Estonia, coming on from the bench at half-time, but didn’t complete the match.
Arnautovic was seen clutching his leg in the 86th minute and was forced to come off, but there’s no word yet on the extent of the injury. Sky Sport Italia report that the forward is yet to be evaluated, while Inter are hoping for good news, having already lost defender Alessandro Bastoni to a calf strain in the last week.
