Sky Sport Italia report that Max Allegri is likely to part ways with Juventus this summer, with Thiago Motta the main choice to replace him. The Bianconeri’s poor run of form has seen them manage just three wins in the last 13 matches, putting their hopes of Champions League qualification at risk.
Sky Sport Italia journalist Gianluca Di Marzio reports (via Ilbianconero) that it’s highly likely that Massimiliano Allegri and Juventus will part ways, despite club director Cristiano Giuntoli’s comments to the contrary. The impression is that both parties have realized it’s best not to continue their association beyond the summer, despite Allegri having another year on his contract.
The top choice remains Thiago Motta, who has not yet communicated his decision on his future to Bologna. Milan are also interested in him, but they seem to be lagging behind Juventus in the pursuit.
The speculation surrounding Antonio Conte’s return to Juventus persists, although he seems more distant at the moment, partly because he has already given his approval to Napoli, where he would want three significant signings, especially if Osimhen leaves.
