Atalanta striker Rasmus Hojlund is set to join Manchester United after the two clubs reached an agreement on a transfer fee. The Danish talent has been one of United’s primary transfer targets this summer as they look to bolster their attack ahead of the new season.
The Athletic, Sky Sport Italia and numerous others report that a deal has been agreed between La Dea and the Red Devils. According to English journalist David Ornstein, United will pay Atalanta a fixed fee of €75 million + €10 million in add-ons for Hojlund.
The 20-year-old Denmark striker has agreed a five-year contract with an option for a further year, with reports suggesting he only ever wanted to join United, despite late interest from PSG.
