Agent Tullio Tinti discusses Gabbia’s Milan future and Bastoni’s Inter commitment

Start

Prominent football agent Tullio Tinti recently shared insights on several of his clients during the Aiacs electoral assembly. He addressed various topics, including the potential renewal of Matteo Gabbia’s contract with AC Milan and Alessandro Bastoni’s future at Inter Milan.

Regarding Matteo Gabbia’s impressive start to the season and possible contract renewal with Milan, Tinti stated, “He’s made a leap in the last two seasons and is aware of his abilities. He’s a fantastic guy and an important player who has earned everything on his own. We’ll talk soon; they’ve called me, and we’ll discuss it shortly. He’s super happy, he’s worn the Milan shirt since childhood, so he’s happy to renew and have this consideration from the management. Of course, we need to discuss it.”

When asked about Gabbia’s readiness for greater responsibilities like the national team and Milan captaincy, Tinti was confident: “He’s ready for these things. He’s a top guy, cultured, the first to arrive at the training ground… So he would be ready.”

Tinti also commented on Andrea Colpani’s challenging start to the season: “He started off not in top form, arriving in Florence without having begun preseason. Now he’s recovering, he’s done well in the last two games. He has the right talent to play at those levels and even higher.”

Addressing rumors linking Giacomo Raspadori to Juventus, Tinti said, “Giacomo is definitely happy in Naples. The sporting director is Napoli’s former one, so it’s normal that he has great esteem for Giacomo. But these are all premature things.”

On Giorgio Scalvini’s recovery, Tinti provided an update: “From a physical point of view, it’s going very well, he’s ahead of schedule. But today we need to be patient; one day more is better than one day less. Morally and mentally, he’s super positive.”

Finally, Tinti spoke about Alessandro Bastoni’s role at Inter and with the national team: “He’s a champion… He doesn’t need introductions. He’s super committed to Inter and is doing great there, he’s happy, and there’s no problem today. There’s no issue of leaving Inter, we renewed a year and a half ago, and he’s very happy. He can win at the European level too because Inter is a very competitive team. And the same goes for the national team.”
