There are fresh doubts over Jose Mourinho’s future with Roma as PSG have reportedly met with his agent to discuss a summer move. The Special One has a contract with the Giallorossi until next summer, but has already been linked with the vacant Brazil national team role, as well as a potential move back to his old club Chelsea.
PSG have also been linked with the 50-year-old tactician, and RMC Sport claim that coach is already in talks with the Parisians over a summer move. The report claims that Mourinho has left the negotiations to his agent, who has already held talks with PSG director Luis Campos.
The Ligue 1 champions elect have reportedly made it clear that they intend to part ways with Christophe Galtier in the summer, just one year after he took over the helm. The club are reportedly looking for a coach with a strong personality who can handle a dressing room with so many superstars, hoping he can exert his authority.
Italian newspaper Il Messaggero claim that the Portuguese coaches ‘bad moods’ have agitated Roma management, and point to his tired appearance at the end of the Giallorossi’s 2-0 defeat to Inter at the weekend.
The report suggests that Roma management have already been keeping a close eye on Bologna manager Thiago Motta after doubts about Mourinho’s future at the club first surfaced during the winter break.
