Despite Milan Skriniar’s contract with Inter expiring only in the summer following this year’s campaign, it is very much likely that the Slovakian’s time with the Nerazzurri could have potentially already reached its final stages as a result of his recent injury.
According to reports from French news-outlet L’Equipe, via Calciomercato, his entourage fears that he won’t be able to play again this season due to a back problem, thus concluding his adventure in Inter earlier than anticipated.
As of yesterday, rumours have circulated that Milan Skriniar has flown from Milan Bordeaux to then reach the CERS (Centre Européen de Rééducation du Sportif) in Capbreton, where he would have had himself examined under the supervision of a member of the PSG staff despite still being under contract with Inter.
Based on the supposive medical assessment, Skriniar’s physical problems are reportedly in his back as Milan is undergoing nerve irritation due to disc compression. Consequently, it is extremely unlikely that Skriniar will take part in any action until next season where he departs for PSG after reaching a pre-contract agreement in January.
