Sassuolo are the latest Serie A side to be linked with up-and-coming Georgian talents Anzor Mekvabishvili and Giorgi Moistsrapishvili. The duo have featured prominently for Dinamo Tbilisi in the Erovnuli Liga and are starting to attract attention from abroad, particularly Moistsrapishvili who plays in midfield.
Tuttomercatoweb report that the Neroverdi are tracking both youngsters but face opposition from a number of other European sides for Moistsrapishvili, namely Copenhagen, Toulouse, Ludogorets, and Basel, who have all made their interest known.
Sassuolo are likely to be in need of reinforcements in the summer, as both Armand Laurienté and Davide Frattesi look ever more likely to leave the club. Laurienté is attracting attention from around Europe, while Frattesi is almost certain to depart to either Roma or Juventus.
Moistsrapishvili has already earned several call-ups to the Georgian national team and was previously captain of the U-21 team, while becoming a staple in the Tbilisi midfield over the last two seasons.
