The entourage of Inter midfielder Marcelo Brozovic have denied reports that the Nerazzurri are ready to sell him in the summer. The news follows a report from this morning’s Gazzetta dello Sport which claimed that Inter were ready to part ways with the Croatian international, with Juventus, Barcelona, Chelsea and Real Madrid all following the player.
According to Gazzetta, Inter consider Brozovic ‘transferrable’ and were prepared to entertain offers that began at the €30m mark for the 30-year-old.
Speaking to FCInternews.it journalist Simone Tonga, Brozovics’ entourage denied this mornings report saying:
“It’s only speculation about his condition. Inter know everything. No more inventions about him”.
The midfielder has been in and out of the team this season following persistent injuries that have restricted him to just 12 appearances in all competitions. A calf injury picked up in training after the winter break has meant that he has not featured for the Nerazzurri after the World Cup.
