Premier League side Leeds United are interested in signing Juve’s Weston McKennie and have already initiated contact for the player. McKennie has been on the fringes of the Bianconeri squad this season, filling in as a substitute while also deputizing for the injured Juan Cuadrado at times.
Sky Sport Italia’s Gianluca Di Marzio writes that Leeds have been in contact regarding the US international to sound out his availability this January.
Should the move go through McKennie would be working alongside fellow Americans Tyler Adams and Brenden Aaronson as well as coach Jesse Marsch.
For the moment, Di Marzio reports that there have just been inquiries but Juventus are negotiating and would be prepared to sell the midfielder before the window closes.
