Reports from France suggest that Milan have beaten Juventus to the signing of promising Spezia defender Jakub Kiwior. The 22-year-old has been on the radars of a number of Serie A sides, having impressed after his switch to the Aquilotti last summer.
French news site Footmercato report that the Rossoneri have already agreed terms with the Polish defender’s representatives and could sign him for a fee in the region of €18m.
Kiwior joined Spezia from MSK Zilina for €2.2m in June 2021 and has impressed in his debut season, earning four call-ups for the Polish national team.
According to the report, Milan could move as early as January to secure the versatile centre-back in an effort to see off any potential competition that may arise after the World Cup.
