If Inter Progresses To The UCL Final, Where And When Would They Be Playing?

Start

What is the UCL final date and where will this year’s extravaganza be held? That will be the question on the lips of Inter Milan supporters across the globe.

Simone Inzaghi’s side are still relishing in the glory of seeing off Bayern Munich in the 2024-25 quarter-final on Wednesday night.

Holding a 2-1 first leg advantage, Harry Kane scored for the Bundesliga giants to level the tie. Lautaro Martinez and Benjamin Pavard netted for the Nerazzurri before Eric Dier made it 2-2.

The 4-3 aggregate win has set up a mouthwatering tie against Barcelona. The first leg will be played at the Nou Camp on April 30 before meeting in the return fixture at the San Siro a week later.

As it stands, Inter can still play another 11 games across all competitions this season. They have the second leg of the Coppa Italia semi-final vs Milan to navigate as well as the Serie A run in.

Inzaghi is on the cusp of securing a historic treble. If he does go all the way, he will have emulated Jose Mourinho’s efforts from 2010.

Where Is The 2025 UCL Final Being Held?

The 2025 UEFA Champions League final will take place at the Allianz Arena in Germany. The stadia is the home of Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich who were knocked out by Inter Milan in the quarter-final.

It’s the first time since 2015 that the UCL final will be held in Germany. The Olympic Stadium in Berlin was the destination as Barcelona beat Juventus 3-1.

Interestingly, the last time the Allianz Arena hosted the UCL showpiece was in 2012 when Bayern played Cheslea. The Premier League side eventually prevailed on penalties after a 1-1 draw.

This year, fans of Linkin Park are in for a treat if they are heading to the final. The legendary rock band will be performing on stage in the build up to the match.
