Juventus Furious Over Kolo Muani Deal Snag, Working with PSG to Resolve Issue

Start

The Randal Kolo Muani transfer saga took an unexpected turn yesterday, as bureaucratic issues emerged to complicate the deal between Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain. While the Italian club had reportedly reached a full agreement with all parties involved, PSG realized they had exhausted their available loan slots, bringing the transfer to a standstill.

Calciomercato report that both clubs are now working diligently to find a solution that satisfies all parties, including the player. Sources suggest that the deal is not in danger of collapsing, but for Juventus to officially sign Kolo Muani, PSG must free up a spot. This could be achieved by terminating one of their existing loans or by selling one of their six loaned players outright.

Juventus Sporting Director Cristiano Giuntoli is reportedly furious about the situation, particularly because the club was informed of this complication very late in the process. Despite his anger, Giuntoli has maintained a cool demeanor in dealings with PSG, especially with Pasquale Sensibile, who oversees PSG’s loaned players.

The unexpected hurdle means that Thiago Motta won’t have Kolo Muani available for the crucial upcoming match against AC Milan. Nevertheless, there remains a sense of calm and confidence that the issue will be resolved, with Kolo Muani expected to be officially announced in the coming days.

To resolve the impasse, PSG is considering recalling Cher Ndour from his loan at Besiktas, with the intention of selling him to an Italian club. However, the player is reportedly reluctant and would prefer a move to England or Spain.
