Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Harry Winks is set to join Serie A side Sampdoria on loan for the remainder of the season. The 26-year-old has struggled for playing time under coach Antonio Conte and is yet to feature for the club this season.
Sky Sport Italia’s Gianluca Di Marzio reports that a deal for the England international is all done after the two sides reached an agreement yesterday.
The documentation for the move is expected to be completed tomorrow, with Winks expected in Genoa in between Tuesday and Wednesday to undergo his club medical.
The Spurs midfielder has spent his entire career at the club, having joined their youth set-up in 2002 and risen through the ranks.
