Victor Osimhen’s agent has dismissed rumours linking his client with a move to Manchester United this summer. The Red Devilsare in the market for another centre-forward, given the uncertainty over the future of Cristiano Ronaldo, who in turn has been linked with a move to Naples today.
Writing on Twitter, Roberto Calenda confirmed that Nigerian international Osimhen is only focused on playing in the Champions League with Napoli:
No ongoing negotiations, no swap deals. Osimhen is a Napoli player and wants to play in the Champions League with his Napoli side after conquering it on the pitch with pride along with his teammates and the coach.”
Osimhen has had a strong start to the new season, helping Napoli to back-to-back wins that have seen them score nine goals in just two matches.
