Sassuolo director Giovanni Carnevali believes €65m is too low an offer for both Gianluca Scamacca and Davide Frattesi. The pair have been linked with both Inter and Milan in recent weeks while Napoli could view Scamacca as a replacement for Victor Osimhen, should he leave in the summer.
Speaking to GR Parlamento, Carnevali was asked if €65m for Scamacca and Frattesi
“We’ll see. Perhaps, it may not be enough. It may be a low offer, but it would depend on how the fee is divided.
“We’ve spoken to Inter and with other Italian and foreign clubs.
Domenico Berardi, Giacomo Raspadori and Hamed Traoré are also shining with Sassuolo this term.
“Berardi, Raspadori and Traore? We are in no need to sell. They are important players and we’ll make our requests once we receive a formal offer.
“Berardi has grown at Sassuolo and there is a special bond with him. He is a champion and has become more mature.
“He is one of the best Italian footballers at the moment, maybe the best one. He may have the ambition to join a top club and we’ll make our assessments with him once we receive an offer. Fiorentina did make their move, but it was not enough and perhaps Berardi needs a top club.”
