Como are making late moves to strengthen their defensive line, with Anel Hajdari of FC Lugano emerging as a potential target. The 21-year-old center-back has caught the attention of the Italian club as they look to reinforce their backline for the upcoming season.
Hajdari, born in 2003, has been impressing in the Swiss Super League with Lugano, showcasing his potential as a promising young defender. Como’s interest in the player comes after Torino, who were previously considering Hajdari, decided to pursue other targets.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio, the Lombardy-based club are not putting all their eggs in one basket, however. They are also evaluating Mika Marmol from Las Palmas as another option for their defense. Marmol’s situation is slightly more complex, as he has a release clause of €10 million, with Barcelona entitled to 50% of any transfer fee due to a sell-on clause.
