Juventus is gearing up for a fireworks display in the final week of the transfer market. After securing Nico Gonzalez from Fiorentina and Francisco Conceicao from Porto, Sporting Director Cristiano Giuntoli is not content and aims to provide another winger for Thiago Motta’s 4-2-3-1 system.
Calciomercato report that the Old Lady is actively pursuing Jadon Sancho from Manchester United. The English winger, born in 2000, is not a first-choice player for Erik ten Hag and views a move to Turin favorably. However, Sancho must be willing to take a pay cut from his current €10 million salary, as United is unwilling to contribute to his wages.
Juventus can only acquire Sancho on a loan deal with an option to buy, as they are planning a €60 million investment for Koopmeiners. The negotiations for Sancho are contingent on Federico Chiesa’s departure, whom Juventus considers surplus to requirements. Chiesa is pushing for a move to Barcelona, but the Catalan club needs to finalize Dani Olmo’s registration before making their move.
