Italian Serie A club U.S. Lecce has announced the permanent signing of promising Polish midfielder Filip Marchwiński from KKS Lech Poznan. The 21-year-old has committed his future to the Salentini by signing a four-year contract with an option for a fifth year.
Marchwiński, born in 2002, is considered one of Poland’s brightest young talents. He developed through the youth ranks at Lech Poznan before breaking into their first team, where he gained valuable experience in both domestic competitions and European fixtures.
A statement on Lecce’s official website confirmed the news:
“U.S. Lecce announces that it has permanently acquired the sporting rights of player Filip Marchwiński from KKS Lech Poznan.
The Polish midfielder, born in 2002, has signed a four-year contract with an option for a fifth year.”
