La Gazzetta dello Sport report that Juventus are gearing up for a significant overhaul of their attacking lineup under new manager Thiago Motta. The club’s technical director, Cristiano Giuntoli, is actively working on both incoming and outgoing transfers to reshape the squad according to Motta’s vision.
According to the report, the Bianconeri are targeting multiple wingers, with Karim Adeyemi of Borussia Dortmund emerging as a top priority. Giuntoli has already secured Adeyemi’s approval and is prepared to negotiate with Dortmund. However, the German club is unlikely to consider offers below €30-40 million plus bonuses.
Alternative targets include Porto’s Galeno and Francisco Conceiçao, son of former Lazio player Sergio Conceiçao. These options are being considered alongside Adeyemi, with the final choice likely depending on financial considerations.
Jadon Sancho remains a key target for Juventus, but his acquisition may require patience. The club hopes to secure him on loan, possibly towards the end of the transfer window. Sancho’s potential arrival would rule out a move for Mason Greenwood due to non-EU player restrictions.
The club is also open to selling Federico Chiesa and Arkadiusz Milik, which could pave the way for a complete attacking overhaul. In such a scenario, Juventus might opt for another offensive winger rather than a backup striker for Dusan Vlahovic. Motta has shown willingness to use a winger as a false 9 when needed.
Domenico Berardi, recently relegated with Sassuolo and currently recovering from injury, remains on Juventus’ radar as a potential addition to their attacking options.
As Thiago Motta arrives at the J|Medical for his medical examination, the club’s transfer strategy is taking shape, with the focus firmly on rejuvenating the attack to fit the new manager’s tactical preferences.
