The Premier League side value him at no less than €40 million, more than double the €17 million they paid Manchester City for him in the summer of 2019. This season, Luiz has been outstanding, scoring 10 goals (including 5 penalties) and providing 10 assists in 53 appearances, establishing himself as a key player in Villa’s midfield.
