Former Inter full-back Maicon believes Athletico Paranaense goalkeeper Bento Krepski is close to joining the Nerazzurri. The 24-year-old has been closely linked with a move to Milan over the last year, and there were suggestions that an offer had already been made to the Brazilian side.
During a live interview on the YouTube channel Forza Inter Brasil, Maicon, who spent seven seasons with Inter, shared his thoughts on the possibility of seeing Bento Krepski don the famous black and blue jersey:
“I think so,” Maicon stated confidently when asked about Bento’s potential move. “I’ve spoken with some people behind the scenes, and I really believe he will go to Inter. Because Sommer is getting older, and in the last few games, Bento has performed very well, even with the Brazilian national team in the last two matches, right? The Inter management, seeing this… I believe Bento has all the credentials to go to Milan, and I also think he is already signing a contract with them.”
