Bologna coach Thiago Motta says his team play to win following their thrilling 2-2 draw with Milan at the San Siro. shared his thoughts with Sky Sport. “We played a good game; from the first minute, we played to win. I won’t dwell on the incidents; that will be the task of the management if they want to. If they don’t talk, it means everyone is okay with it.”
Motta expressed his satisfaction with the team’s overall performance: “We can improve on goal-scoring opportunities. Especially in these games, when you get in front of the goal, you have to finish well. In any case, we played a great game, and I am very pleased with the boys.”
Discussing the team’s season objectives, Motta emphasized their ambition to win every game: “We often manage to play to win. However, sometimes we struggle, as happened with Cagliari, Empoli, and Torino, because Serie A is a very difficult league. We must always have the ambition to win every match.”
