Frosinone are looking to bolster their back-line and are close to completing a transfer for Bologna defender Kevin Bonifazi. Sky Sport Italia report that I Canarini’s main goal for the January transfer window is to strengthen their defence for the second part of the campaign.
Having failed to land Juventus defender Dean Huijsen, who completed a loan move to Roma, Frosinone will turn their attention to Bologna’s Bonifazi.
The 27-year-old hasn’t featured for the Rossoblu this season, making just one Serie A appearance and two in the Cooppa Italia. Frosinone are hoping to complete a loan move for the centre-back in the coming days.
