Milan are among the teams linked with a move for Palmeiras left-back Vanderlan, but they face competition from Galatasaray and Rennes. The Rossoneri have been on the lookout for young talent for the future, having been linked with Jjon Durán and Filippo Terracciano in the last week.
Transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano reports that Milan have now added Vanderlan to their list as one of the players they appreciate for the summer.
The 21-year-old is a product of the Palmeiras youth setup and has gradually progressed through the tanks for the Verdão, making 24 appearances and scoring one goal in his three seasons with the senior squad.
Romano reports that the Rossoneri are unlikely to have an extra non-EU spot in the January transfer window, as they want to sign Matija Popović, which could leave the door open for Galatasaray and Rennes, who want to bid for Vanderlan in the coming weeks.
