Serie A teams Juventus and Napoli are being linked with a transfer for Shakhtar Donetsk midfielder Georgiy Sudakov. The 21-year-old has excelled since breaking into the Shakhtar first team in 2022, scoring 8 goals in 51 appearances for the Ukranian side, attracting the attention of a number of European footballs’ elite sides.
Transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano reports that both Juve and Napoli have approached Shakhtar about the young talent, who is expected to sold for a decent profit.
According to Romano, Napoli are prepared to invested in Sudakov as a replacement for Eljif Elmas, who is set to join RB Leipzig in the January transfer window.
The transfer journalist also mentions that there has already been a €35m bid on the table for Sudakov, but doesn’t mention whether that came from the Bianconeri or Partenopei.
