Calabria: ‘We were so unbalanced against PSG’

Start

Davide Calabria’s believes Milan were ‘unbalanced’ in their 3-0 defeat to PSG: ‘They have a phenomenon in attack who scores goals with his first chance.’ The Rossoneri have just two points from three Champions League matches, leaving them in 4th place, with qualification looking a tough prospect. Speaking to Amazon Prime about the performance, Calabria explained why the team feel regret about their early performances in the competition:

“There is regret for the first two games, today they were stronger and very organised, with ready players. We are not finalising our chances. They have a phenomenon in attack who scores goals at the first chance, we are lacking that. There is regret for the first two, we could have scored more points.”

Milan didn’t do their part…

“Yes, I think so, we could have done better with the ball and we were also so unbalanced, accepting one-on-one against these players. In the heat of the moment it’s difficult to analyse well. A few too many cautions at the beginning.”

The round?

“It’s tough, but it’s by no means over, so we’ll play it. Those who don’t believe in it can stay at home and we believe in it.”
