Genoa have reportedly reached an agreement with Tottenham Hotspur to sign midfielder Tanguy Ndombele on loan, but still need to convince the player. The Frenchman spent the last season on loan with Napoli, helping them on the way to a historic 2022-23 Scudetto. Despite having a successful spell in Serie A, the 26-year-old reportedly preferred to return to England in the hopes of making it into the Spurs first team.
Fabrizio Romano now reports that Genoa have reached an agreement with Tottenham to sign Ndombele on loan for the new season, but they need to convince the player of the move.
Spurs are looking to find a solution for Ndombele by Friday but Romano reports that it’s up to the player now as Genoa made their best effort.
