Napoli are closing in on a deal for Red Bull Bragantino with some reports indicating a transfer is very close. News emerged yesterday that the Partenopei were looking at the Brazilian centre-back as a potential replacement for Kim Min-Jae, but talks were thought to be at an early stage.
Sky Sport Italia now report that Natan is, in fact, ‘closer than ever’ to joining Napoli in a €10 million transfer .
The talks are thought to be positive while an agreement was reached with the player already and the commission due to the agents is currently being worked out.
If all goes according to plan, he would carry out his medical checks on Sunday morning and then immediately join the team in pre-season training.
Sky Sport claim that the goal is to get the player in time for Sunday’s friendly against Augsburg at 18:30.
