Roma make bid for Renato Sanches

Start

Roma have reportedly made a first bid to sign Portuguese midfielder Renato Sanches from PSG, offering a loan with an option to buy. The Giallorossi have been linked with the former Benfica man for several weeks, and will now make their first official offer.

La Gazzetta dello Sport report that after weeks of negotiations between the two sides, the club are prepared to offer Paris Saint-Germain a €1-2 million loan fee for Sanches, with the deal expected to include an option to sign him outright for €12-13 million.

The report outlines how PSG management are currently on a pre-season tour in Japan with new coach Luis Enrique,  but are expected to evaluate the new proposal in the coming days before giving a response.
