Atalanta are reportedly closing in on the signing of Almeria striker El Bilal Touré as they prepare for the potential departure of Rasmus Højlund or Duván Zapata. La Dea could be in need of additional players in their strike-force as Jérémie Boga looks set to join Nice.
The club are also bracing themselves for the transfer of young striker Højlund, who is being closely linked with a switch to Premier League club Manchester United.
Transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano reports that Atalanta are looking to sign El Bilal Touré in the days ahead, despite competition from Everton.
According to Romano, the deal is expected to cost La Dea €28m as a fixed fee, with €3m add ons. The deal is expected to include a 15% sell-on clause to Almería, and a medical could be completed as early as this week.
